Shipping Information

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Shipping in Greece

FREE shipping for orders over 45€. For orders below 45€ shipping costs start from 3,50€.

All orders are shipped via a collaborating courier company.

Most in-stock items will arrive 2-5 business days after receipt of your order.

Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day. All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped.

Please note that shipping windows are estimates and delivery dates cannot always be guaranteed.

Due to Covid19 situation, our CutieCute Team will do its best to deliver products on time within Attica. Note that the orders should have been completed and prepaid with a valid credit card in the checkout process.

Do You Ship Internationally?

We sure do! We ship to most countries around the world.  Select your country when you fill in your personal details in the check out page.

International orders are not eligible for complimentary shipping.

All international orders are shipped via a collaborating courier company.

Please be aware that different countries have unique customs rules and regulations. Unfortunately, if your package gets held at customs you will be responsible for communication and any additional costs required to release your item(s).

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Once our team has received your order, it will be processed and shipped to you within 2-5 business days.

Due to Covid 19, there may be delays up to 15 days from shipment to delivery.

Payment Information

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We offer bank transfer. In the checkout process, you select to pay via bank transfer. We provide our bank account details where you transfer the relevant amount to our bank account.

We accept debit cards and major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and Maestro.

You can also make payments using PayPal.
Payments & transactions are strictly controlled by Paypal’s T&Cs.

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

Our company takes all necessary measures to ensure personal data and the confidentiality of transactions.
When a a transaction is completed, the card details are entered on secure pages on the Piraeus Bank website. The details are entered encrypted directly on the Piraeus Bank server, so that they cannot be changed or read by anyone, and are not stored anywhere.

Orders & Returns

Do you offer gift wraps?

Yes, we offer gift wraps. In the check out page, you may tick the relevant box YES I WANT A GIFT WRAP and the CutieCute team will wrap your item in a gift wrap.

I have placed an order – will I get confirmation?

Yes! When you place an order, you will be taken to a page when your confirmation number is provided. Within a couple of moments, you will receive a confirmation email from us. After, your order is ready for shipping, you will receive a second email, with the tacking information for your shipment. If you don’t receive any of the emails, please contact our team:

I have placed an order, but I selected the wrong item- can I cancel it?

Immediately, when we receive your order, our team is preparing your order for shipment. You may contact us within one hour, or call 6977079876 regarding the cancellation or amendment, otherwise, we are unable to change or cancel your order. If you have additional queries, contact our team:

Do I need an account to place an order?

It is not necessary to create an account, but we recomend you to create one during the check out process, in order to be a member of our Cutie Cute community, and receive privillages for future purchases. 

How Do I Track My Order?

Customers can check their tracking code in the My Account page or using the tracking URL in emails.

Do you offer returns?

The earrrings category, items on Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Any unworn merchandise may be returned to CutieCute. In case you are not satisfied with the item you purchased, you may return it within 14 days of purchase. Return processing begins after your package is delivered to us.

Do you offer repairs?

No, unfortunately we do not offer repairs

How do I clean my Jewelry?

All jewelries fade over time and continuous wear. We recommend to remove it when washing your hands, taking a shower/bath, swimming, working, exercising, cleaning or going out in direct heat or hard sunlight. Avoid direct contact with all kinds of soaps, cleaning products, perfume, lotion or sunscreen. Use a polishing cloth with care and avoid chemicals.
