Due to Covid19 situation, delivery times can change at any time without notice. We are working hard to keep you up to date with how long it will take for your order to get to you.

Shipping in Greece

We offer FREE shipping for orders over 45€. For orders below 45€, shipping costs start from 3,50€ .

All orders are shipped via a collaborating courier company. 

Most in-stock items will arrive 2-5 business days after receipt of your order. It will apply automatically when you check out.

Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day. All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped. We do not process orders on weekends or holidays.

Due to Covid19 situation, our CutieCute Team will do its best to deliver products on time within Attica. Note that the orders should have been completed and prepaid with a valid credit card in the checkout process.

Cash on delivery: If you choose to pay in cash at the place of delivery, the delivery charges amount to 1,50€ (cash on delivery). It is noted that payment by the method of cash is only made Cash And is available for shipments only Within the Greek territory.

International Shipping

We ship to most countries around the world.  Select your country when you fill in your personal details in the check out page.

International orders are not eligible for complimentary shipping.

All international orders are shipped via a collaborating courier company.

Please be aware that different countries have unique customs rules and regulations. Unfortunately, if your package gets held at customs you will be responsible for communication and any additional costs required to release your item(s). Transit times vary on the international location. Transit times may increase if the package is held in customs.

Due to Covid 19, there may be delays up to 21 days from shipment to delivery.

Returns & Exchange

The earrrings category, items on Sale are not eligible for return or exchange. We also cannot refund or exchange egift cards.

In case you are not satisfied with the item you purchased, you may return it within 7 days from the date you receive your order. Returns or exchanges are only accepted on unworn, unaltered items returned in original packaging (CutieCute box and/or pouch) together with the original receipt or proof of purchase. Return processing begins after your package is delivered to us. Exchanges on items can be accepted for a different size or an alternative style.

In order to return items, print the following pdf file with our address and fill in the return form with the reasons for your return. Please provide your Name, Address, Order Number and Reason for Return.

Return shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the customer. Customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges on any bounced or undeliverable packages. We do not refund shipping charges, unless we have sent an item in error.
